Scanning and Naming Docs Properly

* Downline and folks that don't know how to do a scan should be told to go to the store to do it; there are people calling/emailing/skyping 6X. This is absolutely the most creative way to get stressed out I've ever seen

gpeg and pdf are fine.........under 1 MB is a good parameter.......

can you read it? can you see it?

these are good questions, and also looking at a downline's ID is a good way to make sure they've done it accurately enough

let's make it easy on the admin; let's be easy on our sponsors

let's step up to the plate here and know what to say at the 4th phone call/email/skype.

remember the olden days we did gpp?? imperia??
tell the person to call u before they go to the store and walk them thru it with the clerk, email it to you the sponsor
and if there's a refusal on the part of the store/clerk to copy/enlarge/and/or scan a DL, then have them go to another store
Staples, Kinko's, FedEx, Mailboxes, library
tell the clerk to name the doc: ID.Initials
eg for me that would look like DL.MGM get it?
or PP.MM
or DL.MM.gpeg
when it arrives
then when it comes into the inbox and you go to save it, there isn't another doc with the same name such as something like "file" "doc" where it would copy over something you downloaded and didn't name properly from a long time ago
if it's the 2nd or 3rd time the person is doing this, put a no. on the end:
e.g. DL.MM.2
or DL.MM.final
then before sending, rename the doc to clean it up
so PWW knows what and whose it is!!!!!!!!!!
looking in the harddrive (desktop, or My Documents, or PWW folder) go find the file and right click on it and the popup box will offer the option to "rename" it as long as it's not open at the time

KEEP THE SIZE UNDER 1 MB, SO A PERFECT DOC <500 KB

Seeing "verified" on the site doesn't mean you're finished

For the pww members that show that they are VERIFIED - we still need to send in the verification document(s) with address on profile matching the document - i.e. passport does not have an address so must also attach a DL or utility bill or phone bill with name and address matching profile....
some MIGHT think just because it says VERIFIED that they are DONE!!!

P.O. Boxes...Read all the Posts

If you have a P.O. Box on your DLic/ID, we know that oftentimes, companies/legal entities etc don't like that kind of thing, and often stipulate the necessity for a PHYSICAL ADDRESS. As we've heard from upline that another document is forthcoming, let's not all panic and have everyone send in a second email with tons more docs for them to verify. However, due to the fact that many have reported having the verification notice happen prior to sending in their docs, it seems as though the verification notice simply means you've clicked the button and the software moved forward........assuming no more, no less.
Therefore, attending to certain details prior to clicking the verify button and executing the software verification process, in light of the fact that the sysnews warns us "no emailing" "no errors" numerous times, it would be wise to go over every detail carefully with the sponsor or an experienced member, and/or bring questions to the room and make sure you know who you're asking before accepting the answer as a "I think that's right".
The "additional" line in the profile under "Company" can be used for clarifications and such
It is not asking for the ID#'s of your additional policy ID #'s

Every client of PWW has to provide his/her own bank acccount.

I suppose before it comes to payout from PWW most of the people should have their payout from GPP. This includes a bank account.

The person that is over the age limit is entered in the contract of the replacement person under the second line in the profile: company

The original account holder keeps his/hers e-mail address in the profile.

As the replacement person for the contract is most likely already a PWW member he/she needs to verify for this extra account as well.

That means that the replacement person is the insured person, however, the payout goes to the original account holder in the company line.

Under "My Accounts", PWW collects all contracts with the same e-mail address and birthday, and that is why you need to use a different e-mail address (the one for the original account holder)

More will be clear when we get the yet unknown contract form.

In any case, the receiver needs a bank account in his name at a bank that can receive bigger amounts.

Instead of a single person, you can also enter a company, LLC, Trust etc. in the "company" fieldbox on the profile.

This is also good if the contract is in the name of a minor, and the parent/guardian is managing the money.

Both parties have to be verified in this case.

Good information Martha.

If support can continue to verify at the current rate they will reach 85,000 within 3 weeks and PAYOUT will begin. As you mentioned, the latest PWW update plainly states that any contracts over the 85,000 limit will be deleted. Can't believe that anyone would let this amount of money slip away! Spread the word. Notify everyone you know in PWW.

Meet Deadline or NO PAYOUT

It has been stated by two of my handful of good sources that the other pension that's in verification right now, PWW(Pension WorldWide) is quickly moving through the nos. needed and selling new policies like crazy: the reason they say this to be happening, is that there is 1) faith in another rpp, why? becuz there are others out there paying out...xyz, imp!!! 2) people who are paid now have money to buy into PWW, and fast and lots of policies 3) the nos. are such that verification in one week is 1/3rd complete.....do you know how huge this is????????? like next to impossible UNLESSSSSSS
there's only one reason it would move this fast
and one reason alone
look how long it took to verify Imperia, and GPP: months and months and months
BUT if there's money, real money, and proof, and faith in the money, and faith in rpp's.................who's going to JUMP?????????????????

Verify and Execute Buttons

Some are putting the word "copy" on their DLic
as a precaution re: identity theft.......it isn't necessary...

The VERIFY button leads to a page where it says:
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!!
Be Sure:
* unused contracts are applied
* Profile date is correct on all accounts
* My Account list is Correct
* If you answered 3X yes, click EXECUTE
However, I've heard/experienced a couple times where there's no button to execute the verification

I assume this is due to traffic.

Verification Tips on Scanning Docs

The Driver's License/Passport NOTARIZED AND SCANNED INTO THE COMPUTER, and ready, so that the email can be sent right after clicking the "Verify" button would be the BEST way to handle things

if a person doesn't have the doc/ID in the computer/harddrive and ready, the delay of doing this means the admin may look for the doc and seeing the verify button without docs, and now the pending sits on the "desk" till the doc arrives....not smart
so, in training the downline into readiness, if they don't have a scanner, they can go to a store (Staples, Kinko's, FedEx, Mailboxes, Inc., library) and have it scanned onto a CD, Flashdrive, or sent via email to themselves or the helping sponsor with cellphone in hand to call sponsor from the store to verify it's arrival

Tell the clerk to name it ( initials.ID )
Then when the sponsor saves the doc from email, it's identity is clear.
(that has been problematic for me in the past)

NOW one is truly ready for verification if they've read the news 3X, chkd the profile, maintain contracts, and My Accounts and all is in order
Hitting the button: "verify" in the back ofc will produce the email address, and will then reflect that the polic(ies)y are "pending"

Scanning and Preparing for the Verification Process

Scanning needs to be done with a scanner; go to Staples or a stationery store, Kinkos or a place with copiers and business services, Fedex, library, etc
It will scan it into your CD or Flashdrive which you take home and go to Start> My Computer> see the drive that is the flashdrive, and find the document

remember where it is so that when it's time to upload and / or attach to an email, you know where it is

*** www.foxit.com has software that you can download to be able to type in the Member's Agreement when we receive instructions; however, you will want to know that foxit is a replacement program for Adobe Reader...less space taken up when you open it

** it is said that you do not want to have both downloaded onto your computer at the same time
